Yamaha Snowmobile Adventures comes to Muskoka's Deerhurst Resort


Guests now able to book training and guided snowmobile tours, while seasoned snowmobilers get 20% off accommodations

HUNTSVILLE, ON, January 28, 2014 –Deerhurst, a Skyline Resort is now partnering with  Yamaha Snowmobile Adventures to offer guests the opportunity to ride the trails like a pro with guided tours.
 
Perfect for families looking for a fun winter activity to enjoy together, Yamaha Adventures even offers mini sled rides for younger children ages 6-9.

With a variety of ride options, 90 minute training and tours start at $129/person and are available Tuesday, Thursday and on weekends with start times at 9am and 1pm.  Guests need not worry about having the proper gear; Yamaha’s warm winter outerwear is provided to all participants.

“Deerhurst is proud to be partnering with Yamaha to give our guests another way to get outside and enjoy the winter,” says general manager Chris Lund. “There’s over 2,000km of networked trails in Muskoka alone and Deerhurst is right on the trails.  We’re the perfect place for both seasoned experts and beginners.”

For the experienced sledder, trail passes and rentals are available to guests who bring their own snowmobile. If additional sleds are needed, rentals are available nearby from $120/90 minutes. With convenient overnight and secure sled parking and premium fuel available onsite, Deerhurst is an ideal base camp for adventure. 

Snowmobilers who book their Yamaha Adventure or trail passes ahead of time can save 20 per cent off their room rate, based on availability minimum stay may be required to qualify.

Winter activities such as snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, skating, dog sledding, sleigh rides and even horseback riding are available throughout the season and with the fully equipped Shizen Spa, ultimate relaxation awaits guests after an invigorating day outdoors.
