Environmental Defence aims to be Canada's leading force for changing how the country's outlook on a greener lifestyle.

Veteran Canadian comedian of 20 years and three-time Gemini award winner, Sean Cullen, will host the Wine Bluff. His most notable personal work includes Corky and the Juice Pigs, a finalist on Last Comic Standing 6 and his self-tilted comedy show, The Sean Cullen Show.

Celebrity chef Brad Long, from Restaurant Makeover, will be there to serve an assortment of local cuisine to complement the many notes of wine. Chef Long has prepared meals for some of the world's most prestigious diners - Canada's corporate elite, political heavyweights, international celebrities and professional athletes. He is recognised by some of Canada's toughest food critics and his big personality has been noticed in appearances on each of the country's major broadcast networks. He is currently chef and owner of Veritas, a restaurant dedicated to sustainably produced local ingredients. Long has also delved into a start up farming project and serves as a co-host of Restaurant Makeover.

At Wine Bluff, a panel of distinguished sommeliers will sample each six different wines and either truthfully describe the wine or bluff their way through it. The role of the guests will be to determine which sommelier is telling the truth. Throughout the night competition will naturally emerge through laughter and good times.

The event aims to raise funds for Environmental Defence to pursue, complete, their mission and will look to support from an exciting silent-auction. This night of entertainment will be a highlight summer event that should not be missed for all who not only enjoys a good glass of wine but also loves having a great time with friends and the community while striving to help bring awareness to protection of Ontario's green belt.
